Tash spent 20 years on stage as a former professional dancer before switching her dance shoes for boxing gloves. Victorious in her first boxing match, Tash decided to qualify as a LesMills body combat instructor and group exercise trainer. Shortly after, she completed her Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
On becoming a PT, Tash says: "I suffered from postnatal depression, and exercise got me out of a dark place. I knew I wanted to do something physical, so I joined the Fire Service as a volunteer and then the Army Reserves, but ultimately decided they weren't for me. I realised my heart was in the fitness industry and never looked back.
"I love helping people realise that they can exercise, drink cocktails, eat pizza and still see results; you don't have to live a life of restriction! I am really passionate about helping people become happier and experience the tangible benefits of exercise on their mental health. Aesthetic goals are great but waking up and feeling happy in yourself is what it's all about."
